Letting a Property
Brennan & Chatterton offers the best services for Letting a Property to suit your requirements. Please see the options below and decide which level of service best meets your needs and the level of involvement you wish to have.
Option 1
Tenant Find Service – we will find you a Tenant and ensure that they are suitable by conducting references. We will also co-ordinate deposits and the move-in/out.
Option 2
Tenant Find and Rent Collection – we will find a Tenant and co-ordinate, as per Option 1. We will collect the monthly rent on your behalf and communicate with the tenant on account related matters.
Option 3
Fully Managed Service – This service includes Option 1 & 2 above plus we will deal with every aspect of the ongoing tenancy regarding maintenance, regular visits, co-ordination of utility provider, Electrical and Gas Safety Certificates.
